To smoothly realise each project, there is nothing better than using creativity and collaboration to achieve the desired results. In addition, being sensible and coherent with the actual needs, within the necessary costs and deadlines.

Conflicts, frustrations, and debates were also part of our daily routine. I happily share some photos - just a small piece of the vast album of experiences I've had with various groups and talented professionals.
I cherish every letter, note, gift, and message I've received over the years. These memories are scattered everywhere and help me remember why I started and why I want so much to continue.

“The Power of Volunteering!”
I have felt immense joy in being a part of significant initiatives with beautiful, life-changing purposes.
"Presentes de Alegria" is a non-profit organisation focused on giving time, attention, joy, and emotion to those who need it. Some of whom are the elderly, children undergoing hospital treatment, victims of violence, and children with special needs. It taught me to value time, because for many, it is not food, medicine, or shelter that keeps the mind healthy and active, but rather attention, affection, and love.
The clown course and all the training I received was very worthwhile, allowing me to contribute and actively participate in many activities. This experience helped me overcome shyness and keep an open mind to let creativity flow, creating incredible memories and stories.
I have many other stories from volunteering that have shaped my way of working and relating to people, with commitment and results.
I also had the privilege of being part of the non-profit organisation called Esmeralda. We collected a lot of trash on the beaches of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) and did a great job of raising awareness among the sun-bathers and the local community about the importance of preserving the sea and taking care of nature. Even my daughter Duda participated in this "wave."
And of course, why not also help by donating blood? Yes, I have done this many times, and I believe it is an important gift if you are able. I will continue to collect many stories in my next with new adventures in volunteering, a practice that I cherish and invite everyone to try. It's so worth it!

Through sports training, I have learned invaluable lessons on attitudes, actions, feelings, and behaviours.
